Being a LAN Support provides end users support for all LAN- based applications. Installs and configures workstations. Additionally, LAN Support may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The LAN Support work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
