WHAT YOU’LL DO: In this role, the Loans and Work-Study Support Specialist will support and provide guidance to the Processing and Verification team. This role will work collaboratively across the Office of Student Financial Aid and provide support to the Funds Manager Team. This role will work with work-study (student employment), institutional loans, private loans, HRSA Health Workforce loans, Pell Grants, Direct Loans, and TEACH Grants.

About the Department: The Office of Student Financial Aid assists students with the costs of their educational investment. Our committed team of professionals works in partnership with families, providing information on available options and assisting with the financial aid process.
This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
