LAN Support supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN. Recommends and schedules repairs. Being a LAN Support provides end users support for all LAN- based applications. Installs and configures workstations. Additionally, LAN Support may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The LAN Support work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. These positions are part time positions which offer flexible scheduling, paid training and competitive wages. $2.00 per hour differential for all weekend hours worked Fridays 4pm through Mondays 8am. Part time employees are eligible to earn paid time off and insurance after 1 year of employment.
High School Diploma or GED required. Successful canditates will possess well-developed interpersonal skills; ability to get along with others; ability to organize day-to-day activities; and ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
