Compensation: Hourly weighted tip structure | $17 - $20 hourly (based on experience) $2 - $3 per hour in tips. Total hourly compensation will range from $19 - $23 per hour.

DAYS/HOURS AVAILABLE: Monday - Sunday | 5 days (per week) | 40 hours (per week) | Overtime pay occasionally. We support work life balance and encourage days off.

The Role:

• Working with the line cooks and prep cooks to ensure that our food quality and safety is top notch.
• Working the line during busy time periods and adjusting your attention throughout the shift based on the shift needs
• Managing and working with our client facing team to ensure that our guests are having a magical experience - yes we believe that guest experience can be magic!
• Responsible for opening or closing the restaurant.
• Staying calm and collected during busy hours while leading and working with the team.
• Effectively managing breaks.
• Taking initiative to help improve kitchen processes, organization, cleanliness, and guest experiences.
• Coaching and mentoring junior cooks, prep staff, and our customer facing team.
• Conducting station certifications and helping us manage our promotional ladder.
• Attending weekly management meetings focused on improving food and service quality.
• Managing Inventory drop offs (note some food packages can be heavy).
• Lifting boxes weighing up to 50lbs.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed as the nature of our business evolves and grows.

• Experience using fryers, griddles, char-broilers, and general restaurant kitchen equipment
• Experience working with guests and providing a high level of customer service
