Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the culinary industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices
- Excellent cooking skills with experience in banquet or large-scale cooking preferred
- Ability to manage a team effectively and provide clear direction
- Knowledge of kitchen management software is a plus
- Bartending or food service management experience is desirable
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
