Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the incumbent enriches the guest’s experiences by performing key support tasks and working in tandem with the Servers. Duties include manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing and resetting vacant tables. Additionally, the Server Assistant will maintain a pristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters. Must be 18 years of age.
