Objective:

The purpose of this position is to operate the Front of House operations efficiently and effectively according to our Standards of Excellence and in line with the policies and procedures set forth. The primary goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by having a sharp, well-groomed staff deliver great food within the timing standards, in a great atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is organized, tenacious & supremely detail oriented.  The Assistant General Manager is a support manager for the General Manager.
