Position Overview
While the Project Manager position does require some hands-on construction efforts, at times, it is largely more administrative in nature. The Project Manager uses their extensive knowledge of Kitchen and Bath remodels to help bid projects and problem solve. They also lean on their administrative skills to manage project schedules, Sub-Contractors, and materials.

Responsibilities
- Work within our process to assist the Kitchen Solvers' team in bidding, and managing schedules, subs, and materials.
- Assist Design Consultant in bidding out the construction elements of each project.
- Assist the Office Manager in ordering material and change orders.
- Work with the team of Installers to manage schedules, ensure quality control, and problem solving.
- Be the main point of contact for the Client in preparation for and during the remodel.
- Establish strong relationships with area Sub-Contractors, coordinate with them to acquire their bids, and scheduling.
- Meet Kitchen Solvers' quality and customer service expectations.
- Maintain vehicle and Kitchen Solvers' tools and equipment.
- Work with Microsoft programs and other computer operating systems.
- Accurately track time and tasks daily.
- Other job related tasks.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience with and proficient knowledge of Kitchen and Bath remodeling.
- Computer skills, with knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn Kitchen Solvers' operating systems.
- Must be detailed oriented, able to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good decision-making skills and implement the best solution to solve problems or challenges.
- Good comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that positively benefit interaction with other team members and Clients.
- Able to perform physical tasks.
- Operate and follow all safety procedures.
- Clean DMV record and valid Driver’s license
