The Keno Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. PREREQUISITESEducation: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredExperience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
