Manages keno personnel and ensures employees follow established procedures. Being a Keno Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Keno Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Job Description:
-Cook and present food orders to spec
-Prep food in accordance to anticipated business
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness to health code standard
-Receive and deliver all products to appropriate outlet and stock in accordance to specification-Stock server wells in accordance to specifications with all product and supplies required-Maintain bar cleanliness-Prep/mix daiquiris recipes in accordance to brand specs and anticipated business
-Cut fruit to specification and prepares all condiment caddies.
-Collect trash from all outlets throughout shift
-Sweep and mop pump room, coolers, and storage area floors
-Replace and rotate draught beer kegs
-Attend, and satisfactorily completes all required training as assigned and required
-Open and Close the building
-Open and close down registers
Job Requirements:
-Follow all company safety policies
-Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism
-Must be able to work day and night shifts
-Consistently on time
-Must maintain positive attitude
-Must be able to lift 25lbs
