Under Supervision, Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include:

• Quantity takeoffs

• Subcontractor and material tracking

• Project reports

• Correspondence

• Submittal Compilation

• Survey/layout

• Blueprint reading

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Business or related majors in the construction environment.

• Have knowledge of technology related to construction, such as Blue Beam, Revit, and Procore

• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.

• Experience with computer applications for spreadsheets, word processing, etc...

Preferred Skills:

• AutoCAD
• Trimble Business Center
• Scheduling software
• Project management software
• Estimating software
• GPS layout equipment.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
• Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  
• Time management, multi-task prioritization and organizational skills

• Proactive, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve potential issues or conflicts Proficiency in use of a personal computer and software programs such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Estimating, Project Management, Cost Management, and Scheduling software
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk in various weather conditions for long period of time
• A valid driver’s license may be required

Work Schedule: 7:00-3:30PM in the field and 8am-5pm office, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.
