The Keno Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience in residential properties is required for 189 units.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills.
- Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Appfolio Software is preferred.
- The individual needs to be professional, organized, reliable, self-motivated, courteous, patient and compassionate.
