About You

• Minimum of 7 years steep-slope roofing experience.

• 3 years minimum general construction experience, preferably of construction teams.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus but not required.

• Able to meet your own schedule demands with excellent discipline and precision.

• Driven and self-motivated.

Job Duties

This is a "hands-on" position with good daily and weekly variety. Not just field work and not just inside work. Good mix of assessment and actual repair work, training others, roofing, pergolas, and general "handyman" work, working independently and working on different teams, and a blend of jobsite, warehouse, and office time. Occasionally help department managers with various planning/operation tasks as part of the Service Department Team. In a sense, a Jack of All Trades.

Work with a broad range of projects, from smaller, couple hundred dollar home maintenance tasks up to $100K plus home improvement projects.

Interact with crew members, managers, vendors, customers, and subcontractors.

Assist with material and supply management

Efficiently review select jobs onsite for quality control.

Interact with customers in a respectful way regarding any concerns or issues they may have.
