Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a PRN Nurse Supervisor to join our team!

Schedule: on call as needed NOC 6:00pm-6:30am

Starting Pay:

LPN - $27.85 DOE

RN - $37.35 DOE

Our staffing ratio for the NOC shift is 1:16 on the 2nd floor (skilled) and 1:32 on the 3rd floor (LTC)

Summary: Plans, organize, and assist in the provision of direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures. Orients, instructs, and supervises personnel, perform duties of a Nurse as required and is accountable for the care provided by others under his/her supervision.  Report any changes in resident condition or any unusual situations to the Nursing Manager or Director of Nursing.  Assume responsibility for his/her continued self-development in order to develop, plan and provide quality resident care. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1. Graduate of approved school of nursing.
2. Minimum of five years experience in nursing.
3. Minimum 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long term care settings.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

1. Current Nurse license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
2. Maintain a valid CPR certification.
3. Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
