Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a full-time SEASONAL position that offers competitive pay, with hourly pay plus commission.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property
- Use a variety of pest control techniques, including the application of pesticides
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions related to pest control
- Keep accurate records of services provided, including detailed reports on pest activity, treatment plans, and recommendations for prevention
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in pest control methods

Requirements:

- Previous experience in pest control is required

-Applicants must possess a valid Michigan Pesticide Applicator Certification, or demonstrate the ability to obtain one

- Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to develop effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions
