We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Contracts Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the [insert title], the primary focus of this role is managing accounts receivable processes and providing support to the bookkeeping department when needed. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Review and process client contracts and requirements.

· Generate and send invoices using various platforms.

· Conduct billing and collection calls and emails.

· Receive payments and update accounts receivable records daily.

· Maintain required business documents.

· Prepare and review all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure.

· Perform other related duties as requested by the accounting department and owner.

Requirements:

· Education (combined 7 years’ experience between education/work experience).

· Preferably knowledgeable in Sage.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

· Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment.

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work well with internal and external contacts.
