Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer with 1 years of construction and/or carpentry experience to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position, not seasonal or by project.
Duties:
Perform all aspects of deck and/or other project construction, including material handling, excavation, carpentry, site cleanliness, tool maintenance, and more.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines.
Ensure quality control and maintain excellent customer relations.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
1 years of construction and/or carpentry experience.
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
Proficiency in various construction tasks such as precise measuring, cutting, framing, and installation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Punctual, dependable, and motivated.
Comfortable working from heights and lifting 60 lbs.
Must have own hand tools and tool bag.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
