To be successfull at this role, we expect you to have the following experience and skills:
- 5 years' experience
- Microservices – Java 8, Spring Boot, some background with pub-sub system, event driven architecture
- Proficient with Rest Services, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Cache(Redis), Gradle/Maven and unit testing
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL DBs eg. Postgre sql/ Oracle, Mongo
- Experience with source code management with GIT using Github
- Deep understanding and experience of Java, design patterns, System Design and best practices
- Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure will be an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines will be an advantage
- Experience with logging and monitoring frameworks such as New Relic and Splunk will be an advantage
- Familiarity with quality gate system such as Sonar
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
- Participating in code reviews
- Advanced English required.
