    Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow GRC Developer in Charleston, SC, Washington, DC or east coast remote. As a ServiceNow GRC Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow GRC module to support a federal clients governance, risk management, and compliance objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance and risk management, to identify requirements and develop innovative solutions to address complex GRC challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management, to meet specific business needs
    • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow GRC to provide insights into GRC performance, compliance status, and risk posture
    • User Accounts and Access Permissions: Develop and maintain personas for users and provision access permissions to meet client requirements
    • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and new features within the ServiceNow platform to continuously enhance the organization's GRC capabilities
    • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and configuration details

     

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • 3 years’ experience as a proven ServiceNow Developer. GRC module experience is a plus
    • ServiceNow GRC implementation and customization experience, including workflows, business rules, personas, entity structures, user stories, journeys, actions, and integrations
    • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance concepts and frameworks
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues to develop effective solutions
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator) are a plus
