RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Java Developer to join their team.

Summary:
The Java Developer will be supporting the ECC platform and will be working on doing an entire rebuild from scratch. This platform is carved off into a self-service model and they are building it out to be able to be used for anyone within the client scope. They view it as an internal SAAS model where other teams can connect to their API which then triggers the communication. This team sends all types of communication out to customers which includes any email alerts (deliveries, items in stock, marketing, etc.). This is an all backend team and they are looking for strong core Java, Spring boot and cloud experience (Google Cloud Platform ideally). They are also looking for folks with strong testing, CI/CD, scripting, and intangibles when it comes to problem solving and team collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-10 years of Java experience (streams, lambdas, etc.)
* Experience Spring boot
* Experience in Cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
* Expert in Kubernetes and cloud concepts
* Ability to communicate/collaborate within an agile environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
