Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting
Agile experience- Story/Defect methodology
Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging.
Strong ServiceNow Scheduled Scripted Jobs, JDBC Data Sources
Strong ServiceNow Inbound Web Services
Strong ServiceNow MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization
Experience with Performance Analytics in creating Reports and Dashboards
