Janitorial Supervisor jobs in Arizona

DMS is currently seeking an experienced Janitorial Supervisor for Phoenix, AZ.

Shift: Thursday- Sunday 6:00am- 4:30Pm

Payrate: Starting $21/hr.

Responsibilities for Janitorial Supervisor:
- Oversee and manage the custodial operations of the facility
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders when necessary
- Train and supervise custodial staff members
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements for Janitorial Supervisor:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff members and addressing any concerns or issues
