The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our investors, communicating updates on our investment strategies, and managing the overall investor relations function.
The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills and a strong understanding of real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
Develop and maintain investor materials, packets, and presentations.
Manage content for the company's communications with shareholders, including quarterly, annual, and one-off reports.
Analyze investor feedback and market trends to inform investment decisions.
Organize and coordinate investor meetings and conferences.
Monitor industry news and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with internal teams, including development, legal, finance, and marketing to ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of information to investors.
Maintain an up-to-date database of investor contacts and interactions.
Requirements :
Degree in finance, business, communications, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Background or understanding of real estate development projects and investments.
Interest in financial markets and investment products.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a Get Sh*t Done mentality.
Any experience in investor relations, real estate, finance, or related fields is a plus.
