Investor Relations Manager oversees communication and nurtures relationship with shareholders. Handles shareholder requests for information. Being an Investor Relations Manager plans the annual meeting and meeting documents, such as the annual report and the proxy statement, in accordance with SEC regulations. Supervises and directs subordinates staff. Additionally, Investor Relations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management.
