Sr. Investor Relations Manager

    Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
    Investor Relations (~75%)
    • Collaborate with the VP, Head of Global Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, and internal and external resources to strategize and create the company’s external and internal messages, ensuring that all company external and internal communications are integrated and consistent
    • Collect data, conduct research and analysis, and assist with writing, editing and production of all investor materials
    • Support with the analysis of analysts’ financial estimates and models; help collect and compile reports for executive management and Board of Directors
    • Execute the creation of publications and electronic media used in the IR program. 
      • Manage the Investor Relations website and relationships with third-party providers 
        • Create, produce and upload content
        • Conduct periodic evaluation and updating of content as needed
    • Support the collection, analysis and summarization of analyst reports for Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
    • Help draft and update investor presentations and Board slide decks
    • Manage quarterly earnings process including:
    • Assist with message development, drafting earnings press release, script and Q&A
    • Collect and analyze quarterly data and related information in the earnings data book
    • Prepare variance analysis of analyst earnings models
    • Assist in managing third-party providers and vendors to schedule earnings conference call & webcast
    • Help draft and distribute earnings call announcement; develop quarterly production schedule
    • Manage distribution of press release to wire service and blast email
    • Manage broker conference participation and non-deal roadshows including:
    • Prepare and schedule conference appearance press releases
    • Analyze and prioritize investor meetings and prepare profiles
    • Conduct investor targeting analysis, identify potential new shareholders and design outreach programs
    • Support the development and execution of the company’s ESG strategy
    • Prepare ESG materials including tear sheets, website and reports; assist with the development of ESG messaging
    • Manage the Investor Relations & Corporate Communications SharePoint site
    Corporate Communications/Internal Communications (~25%)
    • Help manage internal and external communications about company initiatives and developments in a timely and consistent manner; partner with external resources as needed
    • Conceptualize and manage #EvolusTalks (all-employee meetings); partner with company leadership and other stakeholders to develop and edit content; event showrunner
    • Project leader for the development of the company’s intranet site; manage the ongoing maintenance of the site including working with internal departments to collect, edit and post content
    • Collaborate with outside vendors and designers to create and develop communications materials including social content, executive thought leadership, and evergreen opportunities
    • Develop content and support with the ongoing maintenance of corporate information on company’s website
    • Oversee the approval, production and distribution of materials through various internal and/or external channels

    Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally Finance or Accounting; an MBA is a plus
    • 6 years of corporate environment work experience including 2 years in an investor relations or corporate communications role
    • A good understanding of the financial and investment markets and financial modeling techniques used by securities analysts
    • A good understanding of strategic communication, public relations, and the media
    • An understanding of and a passion for ESG issues and familiarity with website editing/publishing
    • Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability with a strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized; excellent problem solving and time management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • An energetic, efficient and resourceful team player
    • Accuracy, confidentiality and ability to exercise discretion are absolute requirements for success in this role
    • Self-motivated and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

    Compensation & Total Rewards:      
         
    The expected pay for this position is $142,700 to $185,560 annual salary.  Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
