Investor Relations Manager oversees communication and nurtures relationship with shareholders. Handles shareholder requests for information. Being an Investor Relations Manager plans the annual meeting and meeting documents, such as the annual report and the proxy statement, in accordance with SEC regulations. Supervises and directs subordinates staff. Additionally, Investor Relations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Investor Relations Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Responsibilities:
- You’ll be working as part of a fast-paced news team, with daily news conferences and story targets to ensure we are providing our asset manager subscribers with the actionable intelligence they need from us, ahead of the game.
- You’ll be working with editorial and research colleagues across our global footprint to track the investment decisions of the world’s largest and most sophisticated investors, including US public pensions, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds and corporate pensions.
- The target audience for our coverage is primarily asset raisers at asset management companies and industry service providers, as well as investment consultants, institutional investors and wealth intermediaries.
