THE POSITION
The Lead Executive Administrator will provide administrative and organizational support to Honeywell’s VP of Investor Relations and VP Business Analysis and Planning located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role you will operate in a fast-paced environment interacting daily with internal employees, Honeywell Board members, external customers and investors. This role will plan travel, coordinate multiple calendars, ensure complex meetings are planned effectively, and carry out other key administrative businesses processes. This role manages confidential and sensitive information and manages with a high sense of urgency.
CRITICAL RESPONSBILITIES
The Lead Executive Administrator will provide high-level daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities will include:
· Manage the calendar and operating system and proactively prioritize and organize time using expert professionalism, sound judgement and extreme discretion.
· Work closely and collegially with other C-Suite administrators, including the office of the Chairman, the office of the CEO.
· Arranging intricate and detailed travel plans and forecasts for both domestic and global travel.
· Arrange onsite meetings for visitors and greet scheduled visitors (investors, prospective employees, customers etc).
· Handling highly confidential and private information.
