AIC is seeking a Construction Loan and Support Specialist to join our team.

A Construction Loan and Support Specialist processes, tracks, posts, and maintains files on individual construction loans. This role also provides general administrative support to the Loan Officers in a professional office/client service environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and provides exceptional customer service. Experience in the construction or mortgage industry in a plus.

This is an on-site role in a beautiful residential office in the Old Willamette Historic District of West Linn, Oregon. The hours are Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

A Construction Loan and Support Specialist’s day would generally look like but is not limited to;

• Monitoring emails for client’s questions and construction activities.
• Managing the draw requests and following up with clients for any missing information or incomplete documentation.
• Reviewing clients draws for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, payment processing, banking deposits, payoff letters and management of loan files.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Technologically-savvy including but not limited to Adobe, Microsoft 365, The Mortgage Office (Preferred, not required), and other software platforms.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and resourceful.
• Capable of working independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time position working from within our office, with no telecommuting. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
