We are seeking a qualified candidate with the expertise to oversee multiple condominium and homeowner’s associations in Newark, DE. This position requires 3 days On-site at one location. Although prior experience in community management (Condominium) is preferred, other pertinent abilities will be taken into consideration. The Portfolio Manager is in charge of providing management, guidance, and leadership to ensure that the various properties in the portfolio stay in line with each Association’s and CAMCO's goals. Outstanding abilities in property management, project management, time management, and customer service are a must for this position. Flexibility in hours is also necessary, including having to work some nights and handling any emergency situations that might arise.
