POSITION SUMMARY
The Asset Manager at Cohen Investment Group (CIG), reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, is tasked with strategically overseeing the financial performance of a diverse real estate portfolio spanning multifamily, storage, parking, retail, industrial, and office assets nationwide. Collaborating closely with internal teams including acquisitions and market analytics, as well as external partners such as property management, leasing, capital markets, and investment sales, the Asset Manager drives the execution of tailored business plans to maximize net operating income. With a keen eye for optimization, the Asset Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving CIG’s overarching investment objectives.
The compensation package will commensurate experience, expertise, and market data.
