Commission Only Sales Position

• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM

• Engage and re-qualify inbound leads
• Promptly respond to inquiries
• Engage with current leads to educate, obtain referrals and identify new opportunities
• Cultivate and Maintain High-Level Client Relationships
• Negotiate Property Pricing (Training is Provided)
• Run Comps on Properties Daily (Training is Provided)
• Hit Weekly and Monthly Sales Goals
• Make 50 calls, 100 texts, and 2-3 property offers per day
• Work with an Energetic Team and Have Fun!

• 1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired

• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with the sales team
• Strong and professional communication skills are a must
• Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
• Superb time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet desired objectives with minimal supervision
• Real Estate sales experience is a plus
