We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our team. As a Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents. This position requires previous Leasing or Assitant Manager experience:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks related to the community, including file maintenance, data entry, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate lease renewals and new resident move-ins
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
-Complete Lease Violations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
-Process rent payments
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repair or maintenance needs
-Process rental applications
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates
- Foster a sense of community among residents through organizing events and activities
Skills:
- Yardi CRM Experience a Plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
-Excel & Microsoft Word Experience
- Familiarity with leasing contracts and legal requirements related to property management (California)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
