We are currently hiring for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 325 unit community Georgetown of Kettering Apartments located at 4889 Far Hills Avenue
Kettering, OH 45429. Experience in leasing and Yardi is a plus-Come make an impact at Monarch and grow with us!

The Important Stuff

PAY: $17.00-$18.00 per hr $75 per move-in!
Daytime hours, 80hrs pto, 20% rent discount at any community, paid holidays, and $40/month medical, matching 401k, up to 5% annual raises, $2000 a year tuition reimbursement (qualifying criteria)

SCHEDULE: M-F 9-5:30PM and Some Saturdays 10-4PM

The Day to Day of Leasing Agents:

• 
  Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
