Property Management company currently has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager for our commercial property portfolio in Orange, CA. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, be detailed oriented, possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of the properties
· Bid capital improvements, analyze, and oversee completion
· Complete property inspections and resolve any maintenance issues
· Correspond with Tenants, Maintenance staff, and Vendors
· Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
· Coordinate Tenant Move-ins & Move-outs
Qualifications and Skills
· Candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to local properties.
· Real estate License a plus.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Positive and can-do attitude.
· Great communication skills.
· Must be able to work as part of a team and independently, in a high-stress fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
