What We Need You to Do:

• Effectively represent the company with a comprehensive knowledge of the services offered to clients.
• Research client needs and industry norms in order to identify what solutions are best to offer to clients.
• Recruit, hire/fire, onboard, train, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives.
• Plan thoroughly, set proper sales goals, analyze performance data and make strong forecasts.
• Develop team member skills continuously by training, leading and motivating salespeople to perform successfully.
• Assist marketing in developing appropriate lead generation tactics.
• Report all leading activity and lagging result KPI’s to the C-suite or ownership team in a timely fashion..

Your Responsibilities

• Manage sales by developing a business plan covering gross revenue and commission expense controls.
• Meet planned sales goals along with team activity goal targets.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team and hold them accountable consistently.
• Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
• Oversee all activities and performance of the sales team members.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaign volume and quality.
• Recruit, hire and fire team members as needed in order to meet sales goals.
• Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, training and education.
• Promoting the organization and products whenever possible.
• Help the salespeople close deals whenever necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Two plus years of experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Five years of past successful sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and effectively prepare and deliver presentations.
• Ability to develop a balanced and profitable budget along with appropriate commission structures.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach salespeople.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

• Real estate investment experience
