Additionally, Investment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Investment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The job
As a Director of Investment Services, you will lead and support a team of investment professionals whose mission is to deliver first-class client service to our clients. Our clients include educational endowments, private and public foundations, cultural and religious organizations, health care and insurance organizations, pension plans, and high-net-worth families. We work closely with our clients to create, implement, and monitor investment policies and asset allocation strategies intended to meet their unique investment goals. You and your team will work closely with all departments, including compliance, research, consultants, and business support, to achieve client and financial goals. In this role, you will be expected to understand and advocate for industry best practices and innovate processes and procedures as appropriate. This position can be based out of our Portsmouth or Boston office.
