The ideal candidate will work with the Real Estate team in our Englewood, Colorado office in project planning, budgeting, and execution of Multi-Family and Industrial development projects. This position will provide management of a team of Construction Analysts, guidance, construction experience and knowledge on an aggressive pipeline of development projects.
The Construction Manager should be able to work well independently, possess strong communication skills, be a creative problem solver, project a positive and motivating attitude, and have a strong working knowledge of various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam, Experience with estimating, pre-development planning and project managing apartment developments is preferred.
