Zions Wealth Management is a specialized division within the bank that offers comprehensive financial services to affluent, high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. These services often include personalized investment strategies, financial planning, estate and tax planning, succession planning, and risk management. The primary goal of a wealth management group is to help clients grow and preserve their wealth while providing expert guidance to navigate complex financial situations and achieve their long-term financial objectives. Zions Wealth Management is a strategic focus for the Zions Bancorporation, an organization that expands across eight affiliate banks in the Western United States.
We are currently seeking a Wealth Management, Investment Analyst to join our team. This position is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and reports up to the Wealth Management Portfolio Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reporting to assist stakeholders in analyzing risk and addressing needs.
- Support trading team through new account process and account analysis.
- Support portfolio management team through reporting, due diligence, and other needs.
- Working with wealth advisors and portfolio managers in providing client performance packages.
- Proactively assist trading team to identify and address concerns.
- Review reports and data sets and be able to organize and provide reports for review by trading team, committees, and management.
- Support the management of client investment portfolios for high-net worth individual and institutional clients.
- Monitor client rebalancing needs and help support trade desk as needed.
- Experienced in mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts.
- Work effectively as part of a team in an investment advice driven business model.
- Responsible for completing investment projects as assigned, evaluating market trends, and analyzing securities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of directly related experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills required.
