Inventory Control Manager manages inventory control operations. Implements policies, objectives, and initiatives. Being an Inventory Control Manager employs standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency. Assists with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations. Additionally, Inventory Control Manager implements Inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting.     Required Skills

    • Performing counts and ensuring all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
    • Maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
    • Investigating and correcting discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
    • Addressing problems in supply and delivery and finding appropriate solutions
    • Identify damaged items and remove from inventory
    • Rotate stock to assure first in, first out (FIFO) flow of inventory
    • Assist receiving, and putting up stock
    • Work effectively with all departments to meet material requirements in support of orders and shipments
    • Being able to add, subtract, multiply and divide correctly so that you do not mistakenly input the wrong information in inventory

    • Able to climb stairs and ladders, extend your reach, squat, tolerate prolonged standing and walking, bend from your trunk, operate mobile equipment, kneel, and push and pull objects
    • Ability to operate hand controls with both hands
    • Ability to operate foot pedals with both feet
    • Have sufficient neck range of motion to operate mobile equipment (flexion/extension 60 degrees, lateral flexion 40 degrees, rotation 70 degrees)
    • Ability to perform repetitive overhead reaching
    • Able to work well with others and fit in with a team dynamic
    • Ability to monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
    • Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisors

    Qualifications

    • 6 months Warehouse experience is required; 2 years preferred
    • 6 months Forklift and High Bay order picker experience required; 2 years preferred
    • 6 months Inventory/ Auditing experience; 2 years preferred
    • 6 months Cycle count experience; 2 years preferred
    • 6 months Quality Control experience; 2 years preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
