Inventory Control Manager manages inventory control operations. Implements policies, objectives, and initiatives. Our Overland Park, KS location is looking for a Project Manager.


    A Cloud Inventory® Project Manager at Nextworld is a vital resource within the Services Delivery Organization to prepare and deliver projects to implement supply chain technology solutions that meet our customers' specific business needs. They serve as the functional point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate is process-driven, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. 


    Responsibilities

    • Ensures overall client success and reference ability.
    • Develops and manages project scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Executes appropriate change management procedures.
    • Monitors project team member activities and project task assignments.
    • Reviews and approves project deliverables with guidance and assistance as needed. 
    • Identifies and monitors ongoing client issues and drives them to appropriate resolutions.
    • Assist with process improvement efforts and implementation documentation when needed.
    • Collaborates with and leads client personnel and project team members to ensure that proposed solutions and client expectations are congruent. 
    • Works with sales, solution architecture, functional & technical consulting, product development, and leadership to ensure customer implementations are driven to help successful completion. 
    • Establishes lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and internal resources. 
    • Mentors junior-level Project Managers, as needed.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree with an emphasis on a technical or business specialty (Project Management emphasis preferred but not required), or equivalent practical experience.
    • Necessary project management experience to perform job responsibilities and fulfill competency expectations.
    • 4-5 years of experience in the following: 
    • Managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, shareholders, and teams.
    • Previous software implementation experience.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Software implementation experience in Enterprise Resource Platforms and/or Warehouse Management Systems.
    • Experience with enterprise-grade applications such as Financials, Procurement, Sales, MRP, Warehouse Management, and/or Supply Chain Management systems.
    • Previous experience with requirements gathering scope of work definition, work organization, and assessment of work progress.
