Responsibilities:
· Monitoring and administering all aspects of Inventory Control
· Shipping and Receiving – Handling incoming/ outgoing shipments and confirming accuracy of deliveries
· Working closely with project management to ensure material is properly accounted for within the confines of our software/ systems in place
· Assist with yearly Inventory Audit
· Maintain accurate inventory counts of all equipment, stock, and project specific material
· Track and document changes in inventory. Reconcile discrepancies as needed
· Reporting of Monthly Inventory Valuations
· Perform regular cycle counts
· Tracking of purchase orders and bills of material drop-shipped to site
· Following up with vendors on status of orders as needed
· Complying with all internal and external procedures, rules, and regulations
· Ensure compliance with safety standards
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must have Warehouse Experience
· Telecommunications Experience a plus
· Must be proficient in Excel
· Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication skills
· Dedicated and hard working
· Reliable/ Can Work Flexible Shifts
· Self-starter, ability to work without close supervision
· Multi-tasking a must
