Objective: The primary function of the Inventory Control Manager is to ensure that products are accurately sourced from all the available Mowi CP facilities, in Europe, to meet the needs of the business from the point of view of cost, quality, and availability. They will work closely with the NAMs, BDMs and CSR’s to accurately manage the inbound supply against growing customer demand. The frozen Inventory Control Manager will develop process flows ensuring continuity of supply to National Account Managers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages direct relationships between CP Americas and European CP business units.
• Inputting and tracking of PO’s, exchange rates and ocean freight rates.
• Manage frozen sales and production forecasts.
• Manage inventory and transfers from Ducktrap/Third Party Freezers.
• Manage BBD requests and customer labelling requirements for slacking products.
• Liaison between customs, warehouse and receiving for correct documentation.
• Maintaining and updating costing sheets and transfer prices.
• Manage MOWI Brand finished goods inventories for smoked and frozen categories to ensure stock levels and customer needs are managed accurately.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of execution in sales and inventory management.
• In a fast-growing company, it is essential that the job holder is adaptable and able to contribute to the ongoing development of supply chain best practice.
