Pro Audio Equipment Returns Processor
This role will play an integral part in the business to field customer product returns and exchanges.
This role is a fit for attentive and experienced individuals with inventory or parts management backgrounds, or those who have processed item product returns, exchanges and refunds in past. Training on our pro audio equipment available.
SUMMARY: In this position, you will be directly responsible for inspecting and testing returned audio and video equipment. You will assist in receiving returns, noting the condition, evaluating and confirming the reason for the return and testing the products (training available).
Organizing and creating SKUs of inventory for existing spare parts. Tracking all parts requests and fulfilling orders. Partner with customer service on the status of requests (through a shared Parts document). Developing an interim inventory/catalog of existing parts and locations until all necessary parts are made scannable. Creating lists of parts that need to be added to the system and added to inventory. Once parts are scannable adding them back to inventory.
