Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of parts stocked by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Counts electronic parts that are in stock and posts totals to inventory records.

Compares inventories to records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.

Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.

Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.

Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.

Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
- Stocks and issues electronic parts to the production floor.

Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
-
High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum of 1 year experience working in a warehouse environment.

Proficiency reading, writing, and speaking English to satisfactorily perform the duties of the position.
Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions.
Computer Skills

Must have basic skills using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
