• Ownership of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with current operating systems (e.g., Google Chrome, IOS, Microsoft)
• Compensation/Service Fees: Receive payment per inspection, with fees varying based on complexity and location.
