AutoBank Floorplan is currently seeking an exceptional Internal Inventory Control Analyst/Collector. We are a growing and established company searching for driven, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals whom are eager to grow and become successful with us.

Job Duties

• Responsible for the review and analysis of data gathered during the automotive field audit.
• Provides assistance to the audit manager by calling dealers to collect payments, verification on the location of vehicles and other calls required to clear audit exceptions.
• Reviews and evaluates the floorplan inventory audit results and provides resolutions to the account problems with an efficient and accurate handling to ensure a positive customer relationship.
• Identifies and communicates high risk situations with management.
• Prepares reporting on audit related issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Consistent attention to detail, solid organization and workflow skills.
• Exceptional written and communication ability.
• Retail automotive or auction related experience preferred.
