Inventory Control Analyst jobs in Bellevue, NE

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize overstock situations
• Reconcile inventory, enter data, process invoices, communicate with vendors, and internal teams along with much more
• As the Inventory Clerk, you will reconcile inventory and run reports both weekly and monthly
• Analyze sales patterns, customer demand, and seasonal fluctuations to forecast inventory needs and ensure optimal stock levels across all product lines
• Vendor communications, confirming purchase orders, pricing spreadsheets and inventory data entry
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
• Clear communication with overseas team member on products, packaging, and all product details to meet our shipping parameters
• Drop testing reports on all products before it leaves our overseas facilities
• Testing of all products with images before packaging in overseas facilities
• Developing and implementing quality control test, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting all challenges or shipping issues

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CPIM) will be a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory planning & quality control analyst or related field
• Working knowledge of inventory
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and prioritize without compromising details or accuracy of work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with suppliers and supply chain partners
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to maintain confidential information.
