Bueno Foods, one of the Southwest's premier producers of New Mexican and Mexican style foods, serving restaurant and retail customers throughout the United States, is looking to hire an Inventory Analyst to count, reconcile and adjusts inventory as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes departmental goals and objectives.
- Prepares and follows a calendar of counts to be approved by Operations Support Manager.
- Conducts daily cycle counts of Bueno items stored in the various warehouse locations, occasionally including off site warehouses. Warehouse temperatures range from mild to sub-freezing.
- Elevates by Scissor Lift to conduct inventory counts.
- Lifts and carries 20 to 50 pounds occasionally to conduct inventory counts.
- Records data manually or electronically.
- Enters count data into spreadsheet and summarizes adjustments to be input into the accounting system.
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies by researching historical transactions.
- Prepares, prints and distributes inventory reports as needed. Creates weekly inventory accuracy reports for management.
- Assists with internal processes and improving the accuracy of the inventory tracking system.
- Works with other departments on inventory related matters.
- Assists with the annual inventory audit conducted by external auditors.
- Responds to customer service and departmental requests for information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year inventory or warehouse experience required.
- Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience with inventory tracking systems preferred.
- Experience with inventory control, physical inventories and cycle counts preferred.
- Experience with internal controls systems preferred.
- Experience with computer software programs, in order to prepare reports and analyze data.
- Ability to clearly communicate in English and Spanish verbally and in writing in order to convey or communicate information.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to count accurately.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage without distraction.
EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
COMPENSATION: DOE
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, regular business hours.
