Update Spreadsheets

Shipping Documentation

Invoicing

Galvanizing Purchase Orders

Purchase order entry for drop shipments and service items

Inventory Charge Outs and Monthly Reporting

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Perform other related duties as required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent; one year or more related experience and/or training in MS Suite software and office administration. Strong MS Excel skills. FabSuite experience preferred.
