Additionally, Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. - Job Title: Sr. Analyst I - IT Global Web Applications Summary: This position is responsible for performing CMS technologies for Digital Assets specifically leveraging Adobe Marketing Cloud/AEM -design and development. This will as well need person adept of working in service oriented architecture, REST APIs and as well past experience in managing/publishing process of AEM/similar CMS preferable. Responsibilities Include: Key Tasks and Deliverables: Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas Create and review Technical specifications and track status of all efforts Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays. Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc. Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions to ensure business continuity and agile IT response to business problems Willingness to work in shifts supporting worldwide, based on business need Translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific solutions Qualifications: The following are required for the role Minimum Qualifications 6 years of deep Business & Technical experience Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, and AEM Core components (Example: Sling, OSGI, JCR, Dispatcher). Preferred tech skills in Java (OSGi, JSP, Servlets) and web development (HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.) Experience building web & responsive mobile experiences. Hands-on experience with Sightly (AEM Templating language) and CoralUI/TouchUI frameworks Be well-versed with AEM workflows setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management Ability to fine-tune AEM application for optimal performance, including configuring Threads, Good to have understanding of Heap, GC Policy. FEO, JS and CSS minification and optimization. Should be familiar with application profilers Exposure and good to have experience in integration with components of Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Campaign) Broad web and digital knowledge, an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving as well as mentoring/guiding other members of the team. Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions Strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Results oriented and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Preferred 1 years of Project Lead experience in implementations or supporting overall IT projects. Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written) Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) and Agile Process and formal change management methodologies. Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams. Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
